‘Map of London’ is the gorgeous 1000 piece puzzle by talentedartist, Josie Shenoy.
The intricate illustration was created by artist Josie Shenoy and wasoriginally created as the book cover for her non-fiction picture book, ‘TheBuildings That Made London’ which was written by historian David Long,
The montage features iconic buildings from the UK’s capital, fromBattersea Power Station to Westminster’s Big Ben. As with all Gibsonsjigsaws, we use 100% recycled puzzle board, FSC paper and work with the bestartists from all around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces aredesigned to fit perfectly together; in fact, we use the thickest puzzle board onthe market. Everyone loves a Gibsons jigsaw, even Her Majesty the Queen has beenspotted with one!
We’ve made some positive changes to our processes, so you can be sureyou’re getting the same great puzzles and know that they are kinder to theenvironment. Not only does the box have a fresh new look, but we’ve usedbiodegradable clear labels to secure the lid instead of shrink wrap to reduceour plastic waste. There is a gloss coating on the box for extra protection andthe puzzle pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled by mostcouncils.
Because the box is slightly smaller than our previous designs, we need lessroom to transport our products which reduces our carbon footprint and means youcan store your puzzles more easily. We have also popped an artwork poster insidefor you to reference whilst you piece together your lovely jigsaw puzzle. •Puzzle dimensions: 68×49cm
