Driven by their successes, the Resistance has gained popular supportand entire regions are in open rebellion. In a desperate attempt to stay incontrol, some government leaders are publicly supporting the reforms demanded bythe resistance. But allegiances are constantly shifting and can be bought forthe right price. The opportunity for intrigue and bluff has never been greater.The cost of failure couldn't be higher. Even with the reformation, only one cansurvive.

In Coup: Reformation, each player must declare himself either Loyalist orReformist and can target only members of the other faction. Conversion ispossible, however, for yourself or for another player by paying a charitabledonation to the Almshouse (Treasury). Like all factions, once you haveeliminated or converted the other group, you just descend into in-fighting, sothere’s still only one winner and no second place.

Coup: Reformation adds a new fluid team dynamic to Coup as players jostlewith their allegiance to take advantage or seek protection in the early stagesof the game.
