Operation Overlord was in full swing, with about 160,000 men crossingthe English Channel to land on the beaches of Normandy on D-Day alone.

Mounted up in M3 Half-tracks, these troops are highly mobile and well armed.The ‘armored doughs’ are well supported by the division's tanks andtank-destroyers, making them an unstoppable force in the field.
