Players draw cards until someone draws an Exploding Kitten, at which pointthey explode, they are dead, and they are out of the game – unless they havea Defuse card, which can defuse the kitten using things like laser pointers,belly rubs, and catnip sandwiches. All of the other cards in the deck are usedto move, mitigate, or avoid the Exploding Kittens, adding a new level ofstrategy and excitement to each game.

Included in the box are 56 cards (2.5 × 3.5 inches), along withinstructions on how to play.
