Runic dice are one of the first ever created by designers in Q WORKSHOP, andwe always remember them, as our first step to conquering the world with ourdice. First Runic Dice were handmade and hand-painted in such meticulous passionthat to this day we are bewondered by their quality and charm.

Runes are always a mystery. These sigils, full of secrets are alwayssomething that catches the eye and raises questions about the forgotten lore ofancients. The runes used to functioned as letters, but they were much more thanjust letters. Each rune was a sigil of some supernatural power and to write arune was to invoke and direct the force for which it stood. Runes weretraditionally carved onto stone, wood, bone, metal, or some similarly hardsurface rather than drawn with ink and pen on parchment. This explains why wechoose them for carvings on the dice. We wont to make durable dice imbued withthe power of magic because there is “real magic” in roleplaying games. Nowyou can “write” tales about your adventures with Runic Dice.

These dice are marked with the Runic alphabet that makes them more thannormal sets. People have been studying Runic writing for ages. Our designershave consulted the use of Runic alphabet not only with Nordic runemasters butwith the last Dwarven race representatives too. We have made all that we couldin order to make near all your dice rolls successful!

Runic Black & red Dice Set is under the patronage of the rune URUZ. Thisrune symbolizes unstoppable powers of Nature and strength of the totemic wildbovine and looks like him, a giant bull with wide horns that mean “U”. Thisis a symbol of energy that characterizes young and powerful warriors who canshake foundations of Earth. These sets are for mighty heroes with hearts andendurance of fighting the minotaur.
